“I’m responsible for internal communications and employer branding at Bouygues Energies & Services. My job is to raise the company’s profile; it’s all about communication. Alongside this, we have an educational role to play in explaining the issues affecting recruitment today to Bouygues employees. None of this is possible unless you open up lines of communication between all the stakeholders.
We used to carry out a survey every 4 years. It was something we had been doing for 2 decades and we were simply on auto-pilot, but it was no longer meeting our needs.
What we wanted was a fast, real-time tool that could be deployed easily.
What we wanted was a fast, real-time tool that could be deployed easily. This was how I discovered Bleexo. Come rain or shine, no matter what your manager is doing, each week our Bleexo survey gets sent out to every employee. With Bleexo, employees get into the habit of giving feedback. It’s a weekly 1-minute date with every single employee that doesn’t rely on the HR director or their manager.
Thanks to Bleexo, we’ve been able to develop a feedback culture.
Thanks to Bleexo, we’ve been able to develop a feedback culture, one that takes into account the views of others when determining which direction the company will take. In real time. Every day. Bleexo makes it simple to gauge mood within the company. The process is easy and uses very few resources. In terms of our employer branding, Bleexo helps us give an informed, up-to-date response to applicants’ expectations surrounding their employee experience.
With Bleexo, managers can take action before it’s too late.
I believe employees see Bleexo as a channel through which they can express their views freely and anonymously. It’s a tool that enables progress, a catalyst that cleverly allows employees to express how they feel in a way that serves the community as a whole. It’s great for managers too. Bleexo gives them real-time insights into the mood of their team and the impact of initiatives on employee morale, as well as offering practical guidance. It’s a bit like a ‘sat nav’ for managers. With Bleexo, managers can take action before it’s too late and see the effects of their management in real time.
Bleexo came at just the right time for us and has helped promote a culture of transparency and a digital revolution internally.
HR processes in a big group tend to separate out powers; management, work and evaluation often exist in silos. With Bleexo, our teams can once again do all three. They don’t have to wait for senior management to initiate analyses or evaluations. They don’t have to wait for the HR department to ask how things are going. We’re giving our teams a winning formula made up of three key ingredients: management, production and evaluation. This is made possible by the fact that Bleexo helps to bridge the gaps between jobs, countries and internal cultures.
It’s easy to understand and use and, most importantly, is not a drain on the HR department, managers or employees.
Lastly, I would add that what I like most about Bleexo is its simplicity. It’s easy to understand and use and, most importantly, is not a drain on the HR department, managers or employees. I’m sure that before long we won’t be able to imagine managing a team or running an HR department without a tool like Bleexo.”
